All my work is somewhat experimental. The finished piece may differ from examples. Requests for certain scenes or poses is fine, but some level of artistic freedom must be allowed in order for me to give you the best result. Hyper-specific prompts with exact expectation (super specific reference based poses, extremely exact angles, etc.) are not likely to be accepted. You may submit a description of what you'd like, leave the entire thing to me, or anything in between! I'm fine coming up with things on my own if you don't have a specific idea. A basic description of the character's personality is more than enough. I will ask for more information from you if I need it.

2000's emo/scene inspired pixel pages! No matter the theme, I will incorporate 2,000's style inspiration into the piece. Since this is pixel art the canvas sizes are small, however I can upscale it so it's a little bigger upon request.

Badges will be sent with a display file and a transparent file, CMYK color profile versions can be provided upon request. I don't offer printing services, you will get the digital file and print it yourself!

FULLBODY SKETCH

90 - 100% of the character will be shown. I appreciate creative freedom (with light guidance), but feel free to suggest a pose or expression/emotion!

Collage of three drawings with a basic background. The default layout is typically one fullbody and two halfbodies. Alternate layouts can be discussed and you can add on additional drawings. Some details of the character might be cut off as the purpose is to focus on showing the personality of the character/narrative of the piece rather than fitting every detail onto the page. These can follow any theme, storyline, or just be some drawings of your character!

Halfbody is considered upper thighs and above, fullbodies will show 90-100% of the character. Simple abstract background and basic shading! A simple scenic background and/or lighting will increase the cost.

You must have a pre-existing reference sheet or similar colored reference imagery of your character. A rough sketch or base fill works just fine. Character redesigns are accepted but may be subject to a design fee.My intention with reference sheets is to make the character design readable and clear for other artists so I will generally avoid dynamic poses. If you are looking for something more similar to a character showcase that focuses on showcasing the personality or story of the character we can go in that direction instead upon request. If you want something other than the default options you can customize the sheet to fit your needs, just message me to discuss! As long as I have the file I will make edits, add on drawings, change information, or similar alterations either free of charge or for a fee depending on the changes.

If you don't see what you want above you may request any type of art I have ever drawn or something completely new! For PWYW you can come to me with your budget, a character reference, and a general idea and we can try to figure out a project!*I'm unlikely to accept any comic projects but I'll consider it! Don't be afraid to ask.

Terms of Service

By ordering a commission the buyer will be held to the Terms of Service of MOSIWORKSART. Initiating a commission automatically assumes that these terms have been fully read, understood, and agreed to at the time of commissioning. By initiating a commission the client acknowledges that they meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years old.The artist will fulfill all obligations in relation to the completion of the agreement including returning communication, completion of work in a timely manner, and informing the client of delays or inability to complete the agreement. The artist may deny or discontinue a commission at any time without obligation to provide a reason.

✦ PROCESSOrdering a commission
Send me a fully filled out order form or email with complete details of your idea. Discussion about the commission will be communicated exclusively with one person, and change requests made by a different person or contact than the one that was used initially are not accepted. I do not hold or reserve slots, your commission is only secured when it is paid in full or when the partial deposit is paid.Ensure all the details you want included in the commission are described thoroughly in the initial form. If you request alterations to the original submission or if you forget to include details on the form and then ask me to add them at any point after I have sent an invoice I may decline the request or the invoice may be updated to reflect additional work.General process
After I receive your form I'll contact you to discuss further details if needed. Being contacted by me does not mean I am accepting the request. If I accept, a response is due within 1-2 days or I may move on to someone else. If you do not reply to my message or initiate further communication future requests may be de-prioritized over those that do. After the final price is accepted I will send an invoice, and unless discussed otherwise, I will expect the full payment to be made within 24-48 hours. You risk losing your slot if you have not sent payment or contacted me about sending payment within the time frame. Upon payment I will add you to my queue. When it is your turn on the schedule I will begin working and you will receive work in progress pictures via google drive link until completion of the project.Private, anonymous, and delayed-posting
Currently there is no fee for private commissions though I prefer not to do them. If you want the work to be private, to remain anonymous, to request publishing the work publicly be delayed, or to request no W.I.Ps be posted this information needs to be made apparent at the time of purchase, in the form. Published work or usernames will be removed immediately upon request, no explanation needed.Reference imagery
Provide high resolution, un-shaded reference sheets of the character(s). I need to be able to color pick your character’s colors and will reject requests with improper reference pictures. I do not accept written character descriptions and will not work with characters that do not have pre-existing reference imagery unless you are commissioning a reference sheet or custom design. If references for pose, environment, style, etc. are provided, be aware I will not replicate them on a 1:1 basis or reference the style of other artists. However I will reference general/global art styles or styles I have drawn in previously.(15 images maximum) NO real life graphic content. Reference imagery generated from image generators are not wanted.Queue
The queue is organized via Trello. Before directly inquiring about the status of your commission, I ask that you check Trello before asking me how it's going first as I update it regularly. Queue order is determined by my life schedule and commission type. The order may change at any point for any reason at my discretion and I may randomly complete pieces out of order.Work in progress
Keep an eye out for W.I.Ps, I will not continue your piece until they're approved. Delays in approval may get your piece pushed back in the queue and extend the wait time. The amount of actual W.I.P images that are sent may differ from what is listed. W.I.P files will be sent at a low resolution.Deliverables
An un-watermarked full resolution PNG (or required file type) file will be sent upon completion of the project via Drive link. Please download your files promptly as I will delete them from the drive after a short time. In some cases I may send a lower resolution watermarked image to be used when posting in public spaces to prevent unauthorized use of the art by third parties, it is required to use the watermarked version for public posting in this case.Finished artwork
I may edit your characters' colors within reason to comply with my art style and/or the atmosphere of the piece. Blank pixels or similar small imperfections may be present as the art is meant to be viewed as a whole piece rather than zoomed in small parts. Because my work is experimental there may be differences in texture, linework, technique, composition, the tools I use, and other elements. I do not ask permission to change these elements, if you are commissioning me you must be ok with this.

✦ TURNAROUND TIME & DEADLINESTurnaround time
Typically all work taken at the start of the month is expected to be completed with the same month or month and a half at most. Generally once I have started, simpler projects may take a few days to one week while more complex projects can be 2-3 weeks to two months.Deadlines
I do not work on a deadline based system. Please consider when commissioning me that the art may be delivered later than expected, I need patience and you need to be OK with me needing extra time so I can give proper attention to the project. I have some repetitive strain issues with my shoulder (and sometimes wrist) that I need to be mindful of. Timelines and the queue order are carefully organized for to avoid further injury and maximize my efficiency. Client-provided deadlines must be included in the form and discussed before I accept the commission. I will not honor deadlines (for gifts, holidays, birthdays, etc.) If I am not informed about it at the time of purchase before I organize the queue. I require a minimum of 5 weeks before your date but more is preferred. I don't take rush orders at this time to prevent injury and outside of deadlines you may not ask to be put first in a queue due to the nature of my workflow.

✦ PAYMENT & REFUNDSPayment
Full payment is taken up front via invoice in USD. You will not be added to the queue and your commission will not be secured until payment is received. E-checks are not preferred due to processing time and you will not be added to the queue until it clears.Payment plans may be available at my discretion. A detailed payment plan with an initial deposit, dates, and payment amounts are required. In instances where there is failure to adhere to the plan (without keeping me informed) or instances where I have to continuously prompt you to make payments I will likely not accept future payment plan requests. For projects that are on a payment plan: progress will either not be made until full payment has been received or progress will be made in stages based on what has been paid. I might decline payment plan requests for amounts under 250$ or requests for payment plans from new clients. I am more likely to accept any payment plans/flexible plans from prior reliable clients.Refunds
If a refund is requested more than once it will most likely result in being blacklisted. Full refunds will be given if no work has been completed. Partial refunds will be given if progress has been made with the amount being determined by what amount of work has been completed. I do not offer refunds if I fail to meet deadlines. I cannot guarantee immediate refunds at the time it is requested, in some cases it may take up to a week or longer due to payment processor time frames or personal circumstance. Completed work or work that is near completion is non-refundable. Refunds are not granted if you are unsatisfied in any way with the completed art. Refunds are NOT handled through charge backs, I will refund you myself.Chargebacks/disputes
Do not open a payment dispute without talking to me first. You will be blacklisted permanently. I'll be happy to address any issues or concerns, just contact me and we will get it resolved.Abandoned commissions
If there is no communication for 45 days the commission will be considered abandoned. I will attempt communication once the 45 days has passed and if there is no response within 3 days I’ll either finish the piece, send it to the contact I was given, and keep the full amount OR I will refund based on what has been completed. There are no negative repercussions for abandoning your commission (other than leaving me a bit confused!).

✦ IMAGE RIGHTS & PERMISSIONSImage rights
Artist Rights
✧ The artist retains all image, commercial, and distribution rights to the artwork.
✧ Any unused sketches or unfinished work may be used by the artist to finish personally or otherwise be sold to another client provided that likeness and identifying details of the character belonging to the original commissioner is not used.
Client Rights
✧ The client retains all their own intellectual property and character rights.
✧ The client is permitted to color or alter completed art (such as black and white sketches) as long as it is made obvious that it has been altered by the client via caption or similar disclaimer. Altering the artwork or adding inappropriate elements to promote hate speech or similar defamatory or harmful content is not permitted.
✧ NO unused artwork at any stage such as unused sketches or concepts may be completed or altered by the client or given to another artist to complete or alter without permission.Publishing/posting
Artist Rights
✧The artist is automatically granted permission to publicly publish any work related to the commission at any time, including work in progress pictures at any stage.
Artist Rights
✧The client is automatically granted permission to post work in progress images and the completed artwork with or without credit to their personal galleries or anywhere else without delay (unless requested otherwise by the artist).
✧The client may crop, resize, or otherwise alter the dimensions of the image.
✧The client may print in any form or similarly transform the artwork (Stickers, keychains, posters, etc.) as long as it remains for non-profit, personal use.Commercial use
All images are by default for personal use only. To purchase commercial rights please inquire and a fee will be created for you to purchase.No artwork of any kind including (but not limited to) finished work, sketches, concept art, or any other artwork is permitted to be inserted into A.I image generators or A.I image training and may not be used in relation to cryptocurrency or NFTs.

✦ REVISIONS
Drawing over the art or providing additional reference imagery to help me understand what changes you want made during revision rounds are helpful, encouraged, and preferred for clarity and efficiency. Please take time to thoroughly review the progress images for accuracy and detail, and clearly inform me of any edits or fixes all at one time for best results.Revision fees
If a mistake is made due to my own error it will be fixed for free. However any change requests must be made within reason. If, for example, there is a mistake made and you fail to point it out during multiple revision rounds or after completion, the change request may be rejected or you may be charged a revision fee. Two rounds of revisions are permitted for free, for additional changes there will be a fee with the price being dependent on what is being requested. After approval of each work in progress image changes to that stage will not be made, be sure of the edits you want as I will not continuously make changes. Structural changes such as pose, outfit, weapons, and so on will not be made past the sketch stage.Fees will also be applied if after I have sent an invoice I am asked to add details to the commission that were left out of the original description. I will not redraw things over and over. I have the right to refuse changes at any time or discontinue the commission if revision requests are excessive.
