After reading my T.O.S, email me or submit the form located on the "order" page! My email is listed on the form along with the rest of the required information. I do not accept commissions or reserve slots via social media DM's. I announce openings via my social accounts and on this site.

All my work is somewhat experimental. Keep in mind the finished piece may differ from examples. You must be ok with some level of artistic freedom; I dislike working with hyper-specific prompts (super specific posing with extremely exact angles, etc) and will be unlikely to accept such requests.

The background of both B/W and colored sketches may differ greatly, ranging from a solid color, abstract pattern, painted texture, or anything else I feel like doing. If you like the style of something in particular that I've done in the past you're free to request it.Process:

✦ Shaded: 550$Collage of three drawings, the default layout is typically one fullbody and two halfbodies. Alternate layouts can be discussed and you can add on additional drawings. Some details of the character might be cut off as the purpose is to focus on showing the personality of the character/narrative of the piece rather than fitting every detail onto the page. Depending on what I think works best for the piece, the page orientation may be square, horizontal, or vertical. I prefer not to have the page orientation decided for me due to the complex nature of creating a cohesive look. Scenery, additional props/items, matching atmospheric lighting (for shaded pieces) or increased levels of complexity in general will increase the cost. These can follow any theme, storyline, or just be some drawings of your character! I don't take overly specific prompts, you must be ok with allowing some artistic freedom.B/W sketchpages are highly experimental and style may differ including bold lines, thin lines, shaded markings, no markings, or anything else based on the emotion of the piece and what I think will serve it best.Process:

✦ Normal: 35$"Silly" stickers are chibi-fied and are more exaggerated/cartoon-like while "Normal" stickers are closer to how I usually draw but may still be slightly exaggerated. Drop shadow is not included by default but may be added upon request, you must state in the initial request if you'd like drop shadow otherwise there may not be enough room to add it after the sticker has been finished. A white outline is always included by default but can be omitted upon request.Image will be shrunken to optimized sticker size (512 x ≤512). Original and shrunken file sizes are included. Come to me with your budget, a character reference, and a general idea and we can figure out a project! For example: "My budget is 50$, what art can we do for that?", "I want a sketchpage but I’m looking for something a little different, can we modify it to fit my budget/idea?" I can't guarantee I can fully modify existing commission types but you are welcome to ask. TERMS OF SERVICE

Last Updated: December 26th, 2024By ordering a commission the buyer will be held to the Terms of Service of MOSIWORKSART. Sending an order form automatically assumes that these terms have been fully read, understood, and agreed to at the time of commissioning. By sending a form the client acknowledges that they meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years old. The artist will fulfill all obligations in relation to the completion of the agreement including returning communication, completion of work in a timely manner, and informing the client of delays or inability to complete the agreement. The artist may deny or discontinue a commission at any time without obligation to provide a reason. Terms of Service and pricing may change at any time; it is up to the client to remain up to date on any changes made.✦ PROCESSOrdering a commission
The only way to get a commission is to send me a properly filled out order form or email. Details of the commission will be communicated exclusively with one person, and change requests made by a different person or email/contact than the one that was used initially are not accepted. I do not hold or reserve slots.General process
After I receive your form I'll contact you to discuss further details if needed. Being contacted by me does not mean I am accepting the request. If I accept, a response is due within 12-24 hours or I may move on to someone else. Failure to respond will negatively affect future commission requests. If you are unable to commit to the project after sending me an email let me know promptly, there will be no penalty. After the final price is determined I will send an invoice and unless discussed otherwise I will expect the full payment to be made within 24-48 hours. Upon payment I will add you to the queue. You risk losing your slot if you have not sent payment or contacted me about sending payment within the time frame. I will then organize the Trello queue, and you will receive work in progress pictures via email or google drive link. Please be attentive to your inbox!!Commission form
Thoroughly fill out all the information I request in the form, complete and detailed forms with all the information included will take priority over incomplete forms. You may attach reference images as attachments (preferred), copy + paste images into the email, or use links.Private, anonymous, and delayed-posting commissions
Currently there is no fee for private commissions though I prefer not to do them. If you want the work to be private, to remain anonymous, to request publishing the work publicly be delayed, or to request no W.I.Ps be posted this information needs to be made apparent at the time of purchase. Published work or usernames will be removed immediately upon request, no explanation needed.If permitted by the client, I can also change the work by removing all identifying features of the character(s) so that I may post it publicly. The work would only be posted upon approval by the original client. Permission to do this is appreciated but by no means required.Reference imagery
Provide high resolution, un-shaded reference sheets of the character(s). I do not accept written character descriptions and will not work with characters that do not have pre-existing reference imagery unless specified otherwise. I need to be able to color pick your character’s colors and will reject requests with improper reference pictures. If references for pose, environment, style, etc (not including character reference sheets) are provided, be aware I will not replicate them on a 1:1 basis or reference the style of other artists. However I will reference general/global art styles or styles I have drawn in previously.(15 images maximum) NO real life graphic content.Queue
The queue is organized via Trello. Before directly inquiring about the status of your commission, I ask that you check Trello before asking me how it's going first as I update it regularly. Queue order is determined by my life schedule and commission type. The order may change at any point for any reason at my discretion and I may randomly complete pieces out of order.Work in progress
Keep an eye out for W.I.Ps, I will not continue your piece until they're approved. Delays in approval may get your piece pushed back in the queue and extend the wait time. The amount of actual W.I.P images that are sent may differ from what is listed. W.I.P files will be sent at a low resolution. An un-watermarked full resolution PNG file will be sent upon completion of the project. In some cases I may send a lower resolution watermarked image to be used when posting in public spaces to prevent unauthorized use of the art by third parties, it is required to use the watermarked version for public posting in this case.Deadlines and turnaround time
Once I begin your project I will deliver time estimates along with W.I.P files. Time estimates are treated as loose guidelines, I am not guaranteeing completion within the time frame given. Please consider when commissioning me that the art may be delivered later than expected, I need patience and you need to be OK with me needing extra time so I can give proper attention to the project. I DO try my best to honor the dates and when giving a date my intention is to complete it within that time frame. Generally once I have started, simpler projects may take a few days to one week while more complex projects can be 2-3 weeks to two months. Please be kind, I have an RSI that I need to be careful with. Timelines and the queue order are carefully organized to avoid injury.Client-provided deadlines must be included in the form and discussed before I accept the commission. I will not honor deadlines (for gifts, holidays, birthdays, etc.) If I am not informed about it at the time of purchase before I organize the queue. I require a minimum of 5 weeks before your date. I don't take rush orders at this time to prevent injury and outside of deadlines you may not ask to be put first in a queue due to the nature of my workflow.Finished artwork
I may edit your characters' colors within reason to comply with my art style and/or the atmosphere of the piece. Blank pixels or similar imperfections may be present as the art is meant to be viewed as a whole piece rather than zoomed in small parts. If something really bothers you I will fix it or you have permission to fix it yourself.Because my work is experimental there may be differences in texture, linework, technique, composition, the tools I use, and other elements. I do not ask permission to change these elements, if you are commissioning me you must be ok with this.✦ GENERALPayment
Full payment is taken up front via invoice in USD, no other type of currency is accepted. E-checks are not preferred due to processing time and you will not be added to the queue until it clears. Progress will not be made and you will not be added to the queue until payment is received.Payment plans with a maximum of 2 weeks may be available at my discretion for larger sums, this must be discussed in detail at the time of commissioning and an initial down payment of 50% will be required. Progress will either not be made until full payment has been received or progress will be made in stages based on what has been paid. I am more likely to accept payment plans/flexible plans from prior reliable clients.Refunds
If a refund is requested at any point it will most likely result in being blacklisted. Full refunds will be given if no work has been completed. Partial refunds will be given if progress has been made with the amount being determined by what amount of work has been completed. Because by commissioning me you acknowledge that I may deliver art later than expected, I do not offer refunds if I fail to meet deadlines. I cannot guarantee immediate refunds at the time it is requested, in some cases it may take up to a week or longer due to payment processor time frames or personal circumstance. Completed work or work that is near completion is non-refundable.Abandoned commissions
If there is no communication for 30 days the commission will be considered abandoned. I will send a warning message and if there is no response within 7 days I’ll either opt to finish the piece, send it to the contact I was given, and keep the full amount depending on what stage I am in OR I will refund based on what has been completed.Chargebacks/disputes
Do not open a payment dispute without talking to me first. You will be blacklisted permanently. I'll be happy to address any issues or concerns, just contact me and we will get it resolved. Refunds are NOT handled through charge backs, I will refund you myself.✦ PERMISSIONSImage rights
The artist retains all image, commercial, and distribution rights. The client retains all their own intellectual property and character rights. No artwork of any kind including finished work, sketches, or any other work is allowed to be inserted into image generators and may not be used in relation to cryptocurrency or NFTs.Character design rights
I must 1) be credited as the designer of the character and 2) commercial rights are not granted automatically and must be discussed. Otherwise, do whatever you wish.Commercial use
All images are by default for personal use only. To purchase commercial rights please inquire about the fee. As long as it's for personal use, do what you wish with the art.Unused/progress images
The client is permitted to color or alter completed art such as black and white sketches as long as it is made obvious that it has been altered by the client. No unused artwork at any stage such as unused sketches or concepts may be completed or altered by the client or given to another artist to complete or alter without permission. Any unused sketches or unfinished work may be used by the artist to finish personally or otherwise be sold to another client provided that likeness and identifying details of the character belonging to the original commissioner is not used.Publishing/posting
The artist is automatically granted permission to publicly publish any work related to the commission at any time. The client is automatically granted permission to post the completed artwork with or without credit anywhere and may crop, resize, or otherwise alter the dimensions of the image. The client may also print or similarly transform the artwork as long as it remains for non-profit personal use.✦ REVISIONSDrawing over the art or providing additional reference imagery to help me understand what changes you want made during revision rounds are helpful and encouraged.If a mistake is made due to my own error it will be fixed for free, however any change requests must be made within reason. If for example there is a mistake made and you fail to point it out during multiple revision rounds or after completion, the change request may be rejected or you may be billed for it regardless. Two rounds of revisions are permitted for free, for additional changes there will be a fee with the price being dependent on what is being requested. After approval of each work in progress image changes to that stage will not be made, be sure of the edits you want as I will not continuously make changes. Structural changes such as pose, outfit, weapons, and so on will not be made past the sketch stage. Fees will also be applied if after I have sent an invoice I am asked to add details to the commission that were left out of the original description. I will not redraw things over and over. I have the right to refuse changes at any time or discontinue the commission if revision requests are excessive.

If you request alterations to the original submission or if you forget to include details on the form and then ask me to add them at any point after I have sent an invoice I will either decline the request or a fee may be applied if I accept the change.
